Tamilnadu private path formation and registration

Hi Experts,

4 land owners we are agreed to form a common road to all their property, we are from tamilnadu, we need to officially register the common road among over self. How to do this, so that in future road access to all this property should not be there. Below is the diagram for your reference. we need to properly document the common road highlighted in green.

You can submit with an application to the local municipal administration and get an compliance order from them .

There should be clarity as to whether such a Road is a private passage restricted only to the three owners and residents in the house or Public road. A deed can be registered through an advocate showing relinquishing that certain extent by each owner specifying the usage.
