Taken loan - ready to close account but no trace of office

we took loan from a registered company few years ago and has been paying till 2012, and after that the company got shifted or closed no idea. we tried our best to locate but couldn't. after searching on Google all were in vain. we want to close the loan account but office is no where. kindly advise.
