synopsis

what is supposed to be written in synopsis for dissertation? not even started with the dissertation but supposed to submit the dissertation. plz suggest. and one more thing is if the synopsis is prepared before dissertation then the dissertation should be prepared according to synopsis or plus or minus can be done. at college level for LLB.

no there is a dissertation for college and now I have to submit synopsis before the dissertation has started.
