Swamy-Accident & Comepnstion

Learnment Members,

Here is my questioon:  One Swamiji died in an accident in the year 2002, now his brother has filed a claim petition in MACT claiming the compenation for the death of the Swamiji in an accident claiming that Swamiji's monthly income was Rs.8500/- and he used to give it to the petitioner to maintain his family.

First of all Swamiji is free from all, he is no liabilities, no families. after he becames the swami he looses his all relations.

Here claim petition filed by the brother of the swami is maintainable and whether brother can claim the compenstion.

In my opinion brothe of the swamiji is not the dependent.    As such he cannot claim comepsntion for the deth of the suamiji.  Am I right or not?

Kidnly advise me I have to file an objections.
