Suspected vehicle damaged by neighbour.

Hello ,

My Motor cycle which was parked outside my house has been damaged by someone . I am suspecting it to be my neighbour, since he had already fought with me several times over parking issues . 

Apart from my vehicle , many other vehicles were also damaged who had parked there . To make it clear he dont have any ownership of the parking space though it is adjacent to his home.

Please guide us what are the posible legal action can be  taken .
