my father purchased 1000 sqyards open land in 1989 in Tamilnadu but in the document is having one mistake survey no wrong actualy we purchased 100/1 survey no but in the document written as 103/2 survey no we are not done any rectifications till now .now excutent (2000 year) was expired and his legal heirs occuiped that land .they are arguing that time they are minors so they dont know anything and they oocupied tha land .
now my questions are
1)my counter party legal heirs are not coming to rectifiy document (for new document to write 100/2) the land if we go to the court we are affrading court will ask what we done 24 yeras ?.
2.is there any time bound to rectification document?
3.the place is still empty land we are not done any mutation land in MROoffice or not paying muncipality taxes so we can not claim in court we are in poistion that land ?
4.some aricles we are reading if mistakes in Survey number in the documment we need to latest full stamp duty pay for new land is it correct ?
so is there any solutions to solve my problem?
