Survey of land while injunction orders

Dear Sir, we have a land on which case was going. in IA petitions filed by both parties we got orders in our favour restraining other party in interfering peaceful possession. now case was at judgement stage. The other party sold the land, changed hands in spite Court case and orders not to alienate land. Now the current purchasers applied for survey and MRO has given notice to us and we replied with copy of Court order. is anything we can do to stop survey and our lawyer health is not good, so we're not disturbing him. kindly advice what to do to protect our interests
