Survey no and measrment differs

My father made agreement of 1986 at the time 57 after resurvey 61
And 1991 registered but they put other survey no 52/8 and owners name same but fathers name & measurement difrence but extent same survey no
Measurement differs
Now what can we do sir?

When making a agreement survey no boundaries,measurement same .while registering time survey no measurement differs but boundaries are same..we cultivating agreemented land only.. Give a suggestion for this property..
