Surrender slip for 498a

My wife filed on IPC 498A/406/506/509 and 3/4DP act. I have went to Ld magistrate court and surrender and got the bail.

The surrender slip contains such statement.

The above noted accused person is surrendered before Ld Court today. He may find bail ad-interim bail of Rs. ......<Nothing is written> with one/two/surety/surties of Rs. 1500/- (amount is Written by hand) each of like amount LD. To JC till ......... <empty>

If one bail to date i.e. 28/1/2024 <date hand written> for report/ appearance call for O.D. on the same date /Re-call of W/A.

what is validity of bail, why another date is mentioned on the surrender slip ? what does "If one bail to date i.e. 28/1/2024 <date hand written> for report/ appearance call for O.D. on the same date /Re-call of W/A." mean ?
