Hi,
My BIL was filed for 498a case and have got bail confirmed. He should do some formalities in court for which they said surety is required. My querries are:
1)What kind of surety
2)Who can give surety relatives or?
Sould it be govt. employee or private?
Are there people available in bangalore who give surety if we give them money
Pls respond ASAP

Any govt. employee or any person who have his own vehicle etc equvalant to the surety amount can give surity. any relative or any person known to you.
