husband filed divorce july2009 jaipur.
wife applied tranfer petition supreme court on 2010 delhi at supreme court.
transfer petition dismissed in year 2010.
question = can transfer petition can be filed again.?YES OR NO.
ANYWAYS...............
again persual of lawyer transfer petition filed in may 2012.
petition is stuck up at the stages of filing defects till now.
QUESTION= WHAT SHOULD BE THE BEST REMEDY OR CAUSE OF ACTION.?

Why not your lawyer remove defects in 8-9 month? so that the petioner can be listed in court.
