My Self Ganesh Patil, I am from Jalgaon, Maharashtra. here i am requesting to you can you please provide some supreme court reference judgement in reagrd motor accident claim whether claim accept or rejected due to deceased designation (death in goods vehical tanker).

i.e In 2002 my father pass away in road accident. Motor accident claim tribunal exenorted insurance company because of in police punch nama my father's designation mention as supervisor. in same accident another person (cleaner) got comansession from insurance company. policy in forse at the time of accident and as per policy 5 persons cover in policy. both person was (my father and cleaner and driver ) going on work as per owner direction.

Quick Summary
This discussion seeks Supreme Court judgments regarding motor accident claims, specifically when the deceased died in a goods vehicle. The original poster's father, listed as a supervisor, had his claim rejected by the tribunal, while a cleaner in the same accident received compensation. The query aims to understand if the deceased's designation impacts claim acceptance or rejection, especially when travelling for work as directed by the owner and covered under the policy.

Neither facts posted nor query is clear.

Judgements are not provided on this platform, search yourself or seek professional services of a local prudent lawyer.
