One of my friend told me today that he read supreme court article regarding section 13 b in news paper recently and according to this supreme court said-
"no mutual consent can be made for divorce and no divorce petition can be filed under this section."
please reply its very urgent

Section 13 B is part of the new IRBM act which has not been passed as a law as yet. It will be allowed only after the new Hindu Marriage Amendment Bill gets passed in the Lok Sabha and the President signs it as a Law. Google for more information on this.
