An Advocate applying for Membership of Association shall do so in the 'prescribed form' duly proposed by one Advocate who has been a Member of the Association for not less than 10 years and seconded by 10 existing Member of the Association.

A lawyer who wishes to join the association must do so in the "specified form," which must be properly suggested by one lawyer who has been a member for at least ten years and seconded by ten other members already in the organisation.
