I am stucked in a service bond case which i posted here and got some intresting responses ... i request you to sort out the two queries ...
1). I live up in delhi , so how chennai district court can deliver summons aganist me is is by post or by person ?ex and secondly what is the maximum number of times i can refuse to take the summons and what r its complications.
2). Can anyone tell methat whether a chennai district court can have its judristiction on a service bond on judicial paper of U.P. which was signed at delhi although the bond says it was signed at chennai ?
