summons by email

I have sent summons to the accused from the Labor Court by email from the court, if the accused does not check the email, then will the court believe that the accused did not accept the summons? And then whether the court can issue a warrant against the accused. Please help me.!

It does not issues warrant but u should have to issue summons thru alternative ways recognised by law.
