i am trading in maharashtra.trader from gujrat told me before 1 month that he filed recovery suit against me & send summons through civil court.but i have not received any type of summons yet his lawyer told me that summon was accepted by my neighbour and court is received acknoweldgement and now court can declare exparty judgement.my question is if i havenot received any summons then how should i face the suit please guide me.another thing is that trader sent me material without order & compelled to sell me his material threatening of law.he reccovers some payment from me also.please guide me i am confused
