HI Experts,
my filed case of Hindusucession act as they is class 1 legal Hier and they she summoned me but i have not recieved it once so waiting for next roundtrip. But she has also summoned Tanent but they are not residing in my house right now . so how they can summon my tanent to give share in the rent. and if my tenant is not aware about this summoning does court can order arrest on them .. Kindly Reply

till the summons is received by the person no action can be taken. further, as far as tenant is concerned his/her last known address was your place onl. hence, summons were sent to your place. since, its a civil dispute. hence no arrest is possible incase the tenant do not appear before the court. case would be heard and decided ex-parte.
