Suit of Partition & Tenancy Rights

A Man had 3 sons, he had a patnership in a registered firm with the Oldest son. This firm took tenancy of an Urban village land in 1955 and the firms name was put under the Cultivator / occupant section of the Girdawari.

After the fathers death the Oldest son became the Propreiter of the Firm and hence the Tenancy transferred to him.

Now my questions are:-

1. If a suit of partition is filed between the brothers, will this RENTAL property also be divided?

(Well i think division of a tenancy is illogical but i just want to confirm)

2. can the Other 2 brothers any how claim on the tenancy / kabza / rental property?

(I am sorry if i am sounding stupid but i am just starting to understand the laws of land and i dont want to hesitate in asking anything that comes across)
