Seems to be complicated matter.

WILL is proved, in court, as per your post.

The WILL is for 4 shares for 4 sons in a property.

WILL is submitted to authority to record share(s).

If shares are with boundaries then how could Son2 sell share of Son 3?

If shares are with boundaries then how could Son3 sell share of Son2?

If possible Sons may enter into a family agreement and close and resolve the matter.

Or approach your able counsels with all dcos and record and entangle in litigation.

They can make family settlement agreement & get register with sub registrar instead of filing suits on each other
