suit for a survey of the land

Dear learned experts,
I applied for a survey of my land to find out boundaries and fixing the stones for which I paid the necessary fee for the same long back and not surveying the land .can't we file a suit for mandatory injunction to survey my land and fix the boundaries ? or advice on this issue what to do?Thanq in advance.

Quick Summary
If you've paid for a land survey and the authorities haven't acted, you may be able to file a suit for mandatory injunction. Consider first using the RTI Act to inquire about your application's status. If the response is unsatisfactory, you can then proceed to court seeking a directive for the survey and boundary stone fixing.

First you file suit  pray relief to survey and to fix boundaries , extent with injunction.

T. Kalaiselvan, Advocate (Advocate)     01 April 2024

Before that, you may send an application to the concerned authorities under RTI act and seek the status of your application seeking survey of land and fixing boundary stones.

After the reply, you can proceed to court with a suit for bare injunction against the authorities for getting direction from court on the subject relief.
