Suing a singapore company in india

Hi All i was working with a indian company and major stakeholder NRI also have company in singapore being indian employee i was forced to sign on contract agreement with australian company on behalf of singapore company i was forced to fly on Business visa to work full time revenue generation project which is against immigration laws is there any option to sue singapore company from india in indian courts without hiring lawyers in singapore
