Dear All Need your attention and reply. Someone has taken unsecured loan and I am the witness or garunter of his loan. What would the possibility of legal action against witness or garunter. More and more suggestions are cordially invited.

You are guarantor or witness

If witness they will only pressurize you and can do nothing legally

if guarantor then you may be asked to repay the loan depends upon what has written in the aggrement.

I am singed at witness section. Is they do anything ?? Is the putup fir against me Is there any possibility police can arrest me

If you have signed as witness you have to cooperate with them if guarantor then they can attach ur property attach ur salary arrest and detention 9738167933
