Sucide case

Dear sir s,can a suicide registered 10 yeards back , can be reopened.

Was it an attempt to commit suicide case or abetment for a suicidal death ? Though there may be harassment by meddling with such an attempt to suicide case, the courts are liberal in dismissing such cases, in view of the past tendency. Abetment can be reopened if it was still pending and only after finding new facts.

Dear sir, neither I m time passing or affected, the person who I saved from it who tried to sucide,now he is cheating and trying to blackmail me.

and so you want the case to be re-opened because that person is cheating and blackmail you? In what way the old case of suicide is related to cheating and what way another can blackmail you without any clue against you?

Dear sir,the person who tried to commit suicide,now he is trying to blame and cheat in all aspects like property,loans barrowed by him.so I want to reopen the case.
