I got married second time after my legal divorce to a divorced lady who already had a girl from her first marriage. I also have a son from my first marriage whose legal custody is with me. I want to know what are the succession laws applicable in my case. Is writing a will supersede such laws?

will cant not supercede the laws as that will is null and void which is not per law ,feel free to call for exact advise.

I was under the impression that a Will (registered or not) gets preference over any act related to Succession.
