SUCCESSION TO INHERITED PROPERTY OF A FEMALE

Is it correct that in view of S.15(2) of Hindu Succession act a husband of a deceased female is not a legal heir for the females inherited property?

Yes, he will not be heir for the property of wife if properted was inhereted by wife from her father or mother and there is no son or daughter or their children.
