not a lengthy procedure....depends upon the court and ur lawyer.

if the court is lesser burdened then u may get the same with in 2-3 months if the burden is more then may take 7-8 months.

There is no time limitation for disposal of such cases. It toatally depends upon the concerning court, your advocate and your pairvi to the case.

After completion of all the hearings, generally the Succession Certificate is issued within 30 days.
