succession certificate

if a wife is living seperatly from husband and no legal divorce is done. after her husband death how she can get succession certificate for her and kids. from where she is living or where husband died.

If notice issued by the District Judge before issuing you the succession certificate, is not challenge, there is no earthly reasons why you should not get the  Succession Certificate.
