Hello,
I am French and born in Mumbai, my parents were married in Goa and my grandparents had a house in Goa, today I just learned that there is still the house and also land, my mother died there 15 years ago, I no longer have contact with the family, how to get a copy of the deeds of properties. All the legal heirs of your grandparents are equal beneficiaries in their self acquired properties. The details of the immovable properties can be had from the local Municipal authority and Officer of the land revenue department.

You can contact the local Revenue authorities with details of the property and obtain all land documents
