sub registrar office certified signature documents

in 1963 gift deed executed donor and donee signed on the gift deed as well as register in subregistrar office. original gift deed lost
now 3rd party disputed the execution and signature...
Now I want the donor and doneee made signatures signed on the register...I want to get certified copies of that register...
what is the name of the register?
can I seek certified signatures document through RTI

According to the scenario that you have mentioned, let me brief you about section 8 of the RTI Act.

Section 8 of the RTI Act provides for various grounds on which disclosure of information can be denied to the public. The main objective of this section is to balance the various conflicting rights available to the public, so that not a single right is jeopardized.

under Section 8 (1) of the RTI Act, 2005, Any information which is personal and has no connection and relation  to any public activity or interest or which would cause unwarranted invasion into  the privacy of the individual will be denied.

Therefore, the information you are seeking has no connection to any public activity thus, it will be denied.

since it is a public document sec 8 of rti act is not applicable
