Sub Letting

Dear Sirs,

Can someone clarify whether the Lessee can sublet the leased premises without express provision for the same in the lease deed  and can the lessee take the view that in the absence of specific provision, it has the power  to sublet and earn profits without parting  the same with the Lessor. I will be thankful for some citations based clarifications on the above aspect.

without express provision to sub let in the lease deed, lessee cannot sub let the property
