Sub agent

Give an illustration for a sub agent appointed without authority

Quick Summary
This discussion explores the concept of a sub-agent appointed without proper authority. It uses an illustration where a principal appoints an agent to manage property, and the agent then appoints a sub-agent. When the sub-agent misappropriates the property, the question arises whether the sub-agent's appointment was proper or improper, and what legal recourse the principal has.

An agent will have authority to perform, similarly when the agent appoints a sub-agent he can not function in vacum i.e., without authority.

Post facts of the case, otherwise it is like an examination hall question paper.
