STRIDHAN - Jewellery GIFTED "TO" Husband/Husband's Relatives

STRIDHAN - Is Jewellery GIFTED "TO" Husband/Husband's Relatives part of STRIDHAN?

It has been establishd in the Family Court that such jewellery was "GIFTED" to Husband/His Relatives.

no jewellery gifted to husband's relatives or husband is not part of stridhan.

But you need to prove "Gifted"strongly before the court and keep in your mind that you are going to fight with a such giant with whome you spent most intimate as well as personal moment of the life. Best of luck.

My wife has herself filed a List of Gift Articles clearly statng that the gifts were meant for me and my family members.
