How to get my stridhan back?
I have filed an 498a in Kolkata and DV act delhi..i have asked stridhan in DV case. when they have thrown me out of the house with an empty suitacse. now they are claiming that i have collected all money and jwellary in that bag and willfully left the house.
how can i proove them worng ? they do have witnesses who saw me with suitcase?
how can i defend myself nd get my stridhan back.
please suggest.

Girl can file the case at police station whose jurisdiction is either her matrimonial house or parenteral house whichever is convenient to her.

We do not have any bills wiith us .. since my parents have started arrange jwellaries quite before. we havent kept them with us. some of my mothers's jwellary.we do have some photosand mariage videos of them.
