Streedhan puzzle.....

As per HMA, if the girl is found in prohibited relation ship (Under section 5) before marriage and due that if the marriage declared as NULL & VIOD.

In above circumstance

what happen to the “STREEDHAN?”

Can the girl still eligible to keep the jewelry (given by Boys side gift) with her?

Gurus Please Answer....

(Guest)

As per my knowledge, If marriage is null & void. On that case, belonging of each parties is first to be give back by each other.

Also, Whoever is the defaulter. Other party has a full right's to file several cases along with defamation case over them.

But for all this, You first have a strong proof against them.

Then proceed & act accordingly on your case.

Streedhan is Streedhan.

the girl has the right to keep it.

Even the children born out of null marriage are considered to be statutory legtimate.
