sir i am a govt service holder.after my retirement i have purchased a house in my wifes name .now i need some money from bank by mortagage of this house but my wifes refused to me she said i have purchased it by sell of my ornamens which is given by my father in my marred time .its my strreedhan .but she have no proof that she purchased by sell of her ornaments .if i go to court can i win on yhis case.
