like to knw whether switch off / discontinued the cell in divorce proceeding is legally motivated action ?
by doing so, wht is their strategy ?

Are you trying to say that your spouse has swithched off/deactivated the cell phone during your divorce proceedings. Just talk to your lawyer and maintain communication through Lawyers, if that is the case. also, you should bring that to the notice of the court as well.
