I have applied for home loan in DHFL and now they say they will disburse the amount only after march. On other side an another bank is ready to pay now. SO can I stop the cheque given to DHFL.
IS there any legal obligation or any adverse effect on my profile in CIBIL.
Pls reply ASAP its very urgent.

1. Yes, you can do so after serving a letter to them for withdrawing your application for loan.
