Stolen property

My wife bought a property in the year 2000 by a registered sale deed but she died in 2007. In 2009 by virtue of inventory proceedings court granted ownership in my name and that time my kids were minors. I was staying abroad and return back to country in 2021 and found that my property has been sold in 2010  to another person by same fellow who sold property to my wife. Now my property in possession of this new buyer. How  Am I entitled to get back my property? How I will get it back?

Quick Summary
A homeowner purchased a property in 2000, which was later transferred to them via court proceedings in 2009 after their wife's passing. Upon returning to the country in 2021, they discovered the property had been sold in 2010 by the original seller to a new buyer. The original owner is seeking advice on how to reclaim their property and whether it can be considered stolen.

What is the property stolen, which is stated to have been sold to your wife, through registered "Sale Deed" ?

Unbelievable statement.

you should file FIR against that perosn and challenge the forged sale deed.
