You need to get a release order from the court. Just keep cheking your bike in PS as those people often damage the seized vehecles and steal sparts from them..

Is this possible to get release order online.. Or any alternate option?

1. Stolen Bike in custody of Police is a piece of evidence and would need to be produced /verified during Trial proceedings, pending which the property will remain in custody of Police.

2. However, you are entitled to move application for early release order, by following due procedures of law.

Yes, you need to move a petition for release of the vehicle. Eventhough lockdown period, such matters will be taken upon urgent basis. The release would be subject to conditions till the trial is completed.
