Stock transfer nte

Pls guide me We are transferring stocks from HO, Karnataka to BO, Kerala against Form F, Do we need to mention the value of stocks transferred in Stock transfer Note.

Without stating the value, how branch can issue F form in order to claim exemption from payment of tax in your State.
