We don't have parking space in our society. Builder had sold all the available stilt parking to the flat owners while selling the flats.Now as per the law can we park our vehicle in stilt parking sold to other society members who have purchased it from builder. If yes, what if they raise an issue about there payment to builder?

Dear sargam somani
if someone purchase the parking lot by paying sale consideration he/she become the absolute owner of the same and if you parked your vehicle without his/her concern he/she can filed complaint of trasspass against you better you get the concern letter of the owner of the parking lot
