I have written on behalf for this woman, this is another question I would like to ask.
If this woman was to just walk away from him, and state "that I'm divorcing him", will that make it legal. And if she comes to the USA, will the USA honor that as a divorce? if witnesses, were to sign papers stating that she wanted a divorce and he refused to sign anything, would that hold up, as proof that this woman wants a divorce, and that her husband denied a divorce?
