Steps to take so that promotion policy in govt. psu can be formulated.

What are my rights and possible actions that I can take as an employee in a Govt PSU that has no promotion policy and w have already completed our 5 years of service and cleared our probation period?

What are the rules and regulations of the PSU  issued at the time of your appointment?  If there are any vacancies in your higher post, then by seniority you may get promotion as rules of that PSU.

Which is the government PSU (your employer) which do not have any promotion policy of its employees?

,erey having 5 years of service is no ground to  compel promotion.

There are vacancies in the organisation but no fresh recruitment no promotion is being undertaken instead deputation staff are called from other organisation without even taking consideration of employees within the organisation.Gross violations of PSU rules as per DOPT.
