Hi
Is is possible to and advisable to go for Stay on Suit u/s 10 CPC on DV case , if already crpc 125 is proceeding. On the ground that petition contents are same in DV and crpc 125 , and there shall be chances of conflict of judgements in both as wife is asking maintainace and rental accomodation in both apart from other things

In my opinion, Sec 10 would not be applicable as apart from the maintenance and accomodation, you have mentioned she has sought other reliefs in both the proceedings. You can however get the maintenance or rent amount granted in one proceedings offset against the other.
