Dear Experts,
Stay in DV case , when 498a is pending , I have applied for stay in DV case , 498a hearing started .
My lawyer has applied for stay and says that we have chances of getting stay in DV case as the information and allegation on my parents are false and my name cant be removed as she has stayed with me before 498a .
What cani expect from High court related to stay!!!..

1. If denial of involvement of parents have been heard by Seasons Court yet rejected then it is worthwhile to approach State’s HC and seek at Admission hearing stage ‘stay’ of trial court proceedings otherwise I doubt based on limited brief State’s HC may grant your side ‘stay’.
2. It is obvious case of every husband that his wife stays with him ‘before S. 498a IPC’ so what merit does it evoke before me mentioning it in your brief?
