STATUTORY EMOULMENTS

WE WANT TO KNOW WHETHER LTA, MEDICAL ALLOWANCE, BONUS, GRATUITY, SUPER ANNUATION ARE COMPULSORY FOR AN SHOP AND ESTABLISHMENT COMPANY

Bonus, Gratuity , Medical Allowance becomes compulsory for any industry if it employs the requisite number of employees on role.Regarding LTA it is optional.
