Status of a child after divorce

Dear All,

Please clarify my doubts:

1.  Is a son(s) or a daughter(s) can inherit the property of the divorced father?

2.  Is a son(s) or a daughter (s) can inherit the property of the divorced mother?

3.  Is a divorced wife can claim any right in the property of the divorced husband?

4.  Is a divorced husband can claim any right in the property of the divorced wife?

5.  Will the right subsist even after the second marriage of the divorced husband / wife?.

6. Is a divorced husband / wife can reject the plea of right of he children?

7.  Subsequent acquire of the property after divorce by a husband / wife can be claimed by either of them or the son(s) or daughter(s)

8.  Can the relatives of the divorced husband / wife can claim right in the property of the divorced persons?

Nobody can claim your property as long as you are alive.
