I filed a consumer complain in delhi state commission,, my claim amount is 40-45 lac,,, against builder with i booked flat worth little over 1 cr,
I'm asking for my refund + int + compensation,, which become approx 40-45 lac..
hearing on admission on yesterday ( 31 Jan 2014) bench told me. that since the value of flat is above 1 cr,, sooo,,,, you withdraw your complaint here and file it at national commission,,
when I aregument that my claim in within state commission jurisdiction,, she told.. the total value of flat will be considered,,
then she told,,,,''we will pass the order'',,
i guess,,,, she is wrong,,
only claim or amount in dispute is considered for preculnery jurisdiction,.

there are more then 1000 case are running in district forum againt builder and all flats are worth more then 20 lac, they why ditrict forum admit all case which are value at more then 20 lac,,, because district forum jurisdiction is upto 20 lac,
please reply.. urgently
