Starting carer in family law

Hello to all the respected members. i have completed my LLB 1 yrs ago & now practising as a civil lawyer, but i am more interested in family law. so plz guide me...Thanks

More and more husbands, wives and parents want to separate family from law.

This family law is only ruining our Indian families.

The wives try to portray their husbands as criminals and get away with lot of money.

Children are deprived of living with their parents.

Every other marriage breaks by using the "family law" as an excuse.

If continued, the family law will erase family system from India.

So, my humble request is that please do not pursue family law.

Let the husbands and wives solve their problems within themselves or with the help of elders and friends, who know them better than a lawyer or judge.

Let the families live long.

My friend what suggestion you need to practice. Its just another law like the Civil one you are practicing now.

Its upto you how you can practice & excel in this sector...

by live practice you would will be gaining some practical experience and from reading judgements of different cases in family law you would gain experience how to present your case and where to use the judgement and at what time you are ready gives you confidence
